Ymca Halloween Party

Super fun! Ran into some familiar faces, got TONS of candy, did fun activities and interacted with the Creature Man. Really fun night for our Stormtrooper.

Chef Ethan

Ethan has rekindled his love for creating in the kitchen. He likes to make balloon tortillas for his friends when they come over. This morning he began chopping veggies while Jeremy was in the bathroom to make Daddy a surprise soup!
A spooky bear cake for Grampy's birthday

Face designs happen frequently

Pumpkin Patch Field trip

Jeremy and I were chaperones during Ethan's field trip to the pumpkin patch. It was great fun!

These ladies are amazing! Teachers, Miss Cassie and Miss Becky

Holding Kittens

He is desperately trying to find ways to get a kitten from our neighbor. A visit is all this mommy with allergies can handle. It is adorable how excited he is about them. He even wrote them a note.

Self Portrait

I was surprised at how detailed his portrait is! Typically Ethan's art is very abstract and more centered around the act of creating rather than being so literal. He continues to grow!

Cougar Trails

Ethan chose to go hiking today after our scheduled playdate got cancelled due to Wyatt being sick. Poor little guy :( We drove a short distance north and explored Cougar Trails next to the WSU extension campus. The highlights: the sun came out! We found freshwater snails, a fish, a crawdad, snakes, fuzzy caterpillars, cool millipedes, and a woodpecker.  Ethan dug up clay from the stream bed and made his own clay station. Adorable and perfect timing as they have been learning about clay all week at preschool. We stumbled on a Geocach. Ethan was amazed and wants to take up the outdoor adventure  game. I am so thankful our first day of fall was able to be shared in nature.

Children's Museum

We celebrated a fantastic week of preschool with a trip to the Children's Museum. It was glorious and sunny for outdoor water play and not crowded for indoor play. A very fun day!
